In 2002 StuArt Consultancy Ltd were commissioned as outsourced development co-ordinators. Providing property support and advice from site acquisition through to project completion and beyond into managing a planned and reactive maintenance programme.

StuArt Consultancy Ltd also supported the clients previous business, namely Smith & Jones and Thomas & Carter.

In addition to our role as development
co-ordinators we provided full cost management and procurement services for all capital projects.

The business comprising 6 unique 'city gastro bar' concepts was sold to Balls Bros in 2007 - two further west end sites were disposed of independently.
