Working in partnership with the Clapham House Group Plc, StuArt Consultancy Ltd are retained as cost managers for the expansion and roll out of their 'Gourmet Burger Kitchen' brand.

Working closely with the client, their project managers and designers, we have over the last 2 years successfully cost managed the development of over 30 new restaurants.

All projects are procured and contracts negotiated based on agreed elemental rates. Cost modelling tools have also been developed, based on live data, to assist the business with initial new site proposals.

The relationship continues as the brand expands each year.
